In 1992 American Business Equipment,
Inc. was founded on an idea. The idea
was to offer quality service by
experienced personnel, at a reasonable
price. That idea still holds true today
at American Business Equipment. Every
day our service team steps up to this
challenge as they go from business to
business servicing office equipment in
an efficient yet thorough matter. The
same idea goes into every sale we make.
From the first phone call, every
customer is treated like our best. We
try to answer every question that a
customer may have with a knowledgeable,
yet easy to understand response. We also
help the customer choose the right
equipment for their job and their
budget. At American Business Equipment,
Inc. we care about our customers.
Service
Service is our main business at American
Business Equipment, Inc. That is what
the company was founded on. We service
every major brand of office equipment
including copiers, fax machines,
computers, and printers. We stock the
most common parts and supplies for most
equipment to help us do the job right.
What we do not stock, we can usually
have within one day. We also have a
loner machine program. All this helps us
give the customer the least possible
downtime. We are an authorized service
center for Canon and Brother.
Our service representatives are
continuously training on new machines
and technologies to help give our
customers the best possible service and
solutions. We also offer the largest
service area of any office equipment
dealer in the area, covering the
Knoxville area, as far north as Virginia
and Kentucky, south to Monroe and McMinn
Counties, and as far west ass
Crossville.
Sales
Sales are handled at American Business
Equipment, Inc. differently than most
companies. The norm in sales is to offer
your service to compliment your sales.
We do just the opposite. We do not have
any unknowledgeable commission driven
sales people, doing anything to get a
sale. Our service team is also our sales
team. This may not sound like a good
idea at first, but it works great for
us. This way we can offer the most
knowledgeable sales staff possible, by
offering their field experience with the
equipment they sell.
